Principal Investigator

Dr. Warmuth

Dr. Warmuth is from Grand Rapids, Michigan and is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Providence College. She received her B.A. (2008) in psychology from the University of Michigan and her M.A. (2013) and Ph.D. (2015) from the University of Notre Dame. As a developmental psychologist, she is interested in how family interactions contribute to children’s social and emotional development. In her spare time, Dr. Warmuth enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going out to eat, and adventuring around Rhode Island.

Veronica Butler ’25

Ronnie is currently a junior at Providence College and is from South Salem, New York. She is majoring in Psychology and plans to go into the field of Developmental Psychology. Other than Psychology, her interests include playing the bass guitar, listening to music, and baking. She also enjoys working with children and is very excited to be joining the FamDev team!

Kathryn Ledley ’24

Kate is a senior at Providence College and is from North Salem, New York. She is a Psychology major with a double minor in Sociology and Studio Art. Kate is extremely excited to work within the FamDev lab as she plans on attending graduate school for Clinical Psychology and plans to pursue a psychology career working at a children’s hospital. In her free time, Kate loves spending time with family and friends, drawing and traveling.

Alexandra Rodriguez-Schack ’24

Alex is currently a senior at Providence College and is from Miami, Florida. She is Hispanic and values working with children from various backgrounds. She is also a Psychology, Biology, and Health Policy and Management (HPM) triple major on the PreMed track, with plans to become a pediatrician. In addition to school and research, Alex enjoys baking, drawing, and shopping. Overall, she is extremely excited to be able to work with children in the FamDev lab!

Lillian Tuck ’24

Lilly is a senior at Providence College from Ontario, Canada. She is double majoring in both biology and psychology. Lilly is very excited to work within the FamDev lab as she pursues a career working with children within the healthcare field. Beyond her studies, Lilly is a member of the XC/track team for PC and enjoys going to the beach and spending time with friends.
